The Note 9 is a more streamlined upgrade from my Note 4, and it is faster. The layout is more efficient and easier to use. The pen's upgrades are great too. I am still exploring all the things I can do with it. I like the different security options.

I have enjoyed having this phone! Very user friendly, camera takes amazing pictures! Love the pen feature and being able to take pictures remotely via the pen. Battery lasts mostly all day depending on usage. Love the color too! So pretty and sleek!

The feel of the phone is amazing, the edge to edge display with the display edge is very clean. The performance is insane, I play fortnite and it looks as good as it does on console. The battery literally lasts 48 hours for me on one charge! Overall fantastic phone!

I had a samsung galaxy s5. So it was time to upgrade and the note 9 is so much better than what I am use to. A lot more features that I have to learn about, but at least I don't have to keep charging the battery as on the old phone. It also has a great camera.

This Samsung product is great! Probably is the first phone I am truly happy with. The size is perfect, has a great camera and the pen is so handy instead of typing memos. Very, very satisfied.

I really like this Note 9. Sleek and big enough that I rarely use laptop anymore; S pen is awesome feature that I use for grocery list now. Great for notes even in church on scriptures. Take wonderful pictures. First upgrade for me since G3, for comparison

This is a great phone. Fast processor, lots of storage space, battery lasts me a day and a half with Bluetooth, WiFi, location, and Sync on. The stylus is not as easy to remove as my previous Note, but other than that I'm pretty happy with it.

It's probably too soon to review this device because for now, I've only set it up to match my previous phone for convenience purposes. Once I get some downtime and can watch videos I'll be better able to review, but for now, I can see it performs FAR more functions than my previous phone (Galaxy S5). LOVE that the stylus converts my awful handwriting to text. LOVE that feature. There are some APPS I had previously that I don't like features they seem to be missing on this phone but I'm sure it'll all clear up as time goes on. AND LOVE that the desktop matched my case :-D

The Note 9 does it all. It has great cameras. Taking note with the pen makes things so nice, no searching for paper, Just pull out the pen and write on the screen... Awesome. Fast operation and lots of memory plus you can add an SD card for more memory.

Its hard to find the minus point... The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is a big, beautiful phone with top-tier specs including a massive battery and internal storage that starts at 128GB. The new S Pen doubles as a wireless remote for taking long-distance selfies.

That pretty much says it all. I used to have to wait forever after I hit load more on emails. Now it's 3 seconds or less. The battery after trying to run it down all day is still plenty strong around midnight. Nice features on the camera and great display.

I upgraded from the Note 5. Outstanding phone. No problems at all. Long battery life for my needs. Superb picture quality. S pen is wonderful to use. Highly recommended phone. Note 9 512Gb version.

Love this more than I thought I would. I was afraid I would not like the larger size - but it has not been an issue. I love the stylus and I love writing instead of typing!!! Picture and graphics are great -very responsive and more useful than my 7.

What more is there to say? Its a note. The phone is loaded with features and is for the power users. Great display,great speakers, great performance and battery life. Definitely a must for anyone who uses their phone for everything they do in life

love the color, love my stylus, photos are very nice quality but so far, I have found it to be not particularly user friendly to try to get the settings to do things on the phone the way that I would like to be able to do them. nonetheless, i will continue to purchase note phones until someone else makes a phone with an integrated stylus. i simply won't use a phone that has fingerprint shmear all over it, I need a stylus & don't want to have to search for it everytime i pick up my phone to use it for anything.

While it's not 5G, and the camera isn't as high performance as the Galaxy S10, the overall performance and storage is fantastic. Compatibility and speed make this Note a wonderful streaming device, while still a wonderful work tool.

Not a particularly big fan of Samsung phones, but my work only supports Samsung and iPhones. Got a good deal on the Note 9 though, and so far quite happy with the purchase. Blazing fast, good functionality, and lots of memory storage (128Gb).

I had the Note 8 and got the Note 9 with more memory. It's faster and the pen acts like a remote for pictures. The camera is better than on the Note 8. I reccomend the phone for people who are not Apple fans. Best Buy has the best selection!

The note 9 is an awesome phone, one that anyone with a desire for a large phone should consider. It's fast, has a gorgeous screen, and endless features. Samsungs software has also come a long way. However, there are still pieces of Android that are not as polished as IPhone's operating software. E.g., I couldn't play certain games and listen to music at the same time, no matter how many settings I tried to change. There's also still small, occasional lag that I don't get as frequently as I do on my iPhone.
