I recently upgraded from the Galaxy S7 which I absolutely loved and had no issues with. The Note 9 is truly a upgrade beyond expectations. I use otterbox symmetry series cases and the phone is still really light weight. The pen is remarkably sleek and doubles as a remote for popular camera functions like selfies. The display is super clear and the camera captured images are impeccable. I haven’t scratched the surface of all the capabilities but have decided I will have a lot of fun figuring them out.

I really like this phone. It was expensive but I am glad I took the leap. Fast. Powerful. Epic battery life. Love the stylus.

I have now had the Samsung note 9 for about a month and I can't find anything wrong with this phone. I have always been a Samsung note user so I new I was going to purchase this phone. The main reason I purchased this phone was for the battery life and it does not disappoint. This battery lasts all day, which is something I needed with 12-14 hour work days. The camera is better than any note released this far. If you are thinking about buying the Samsung note 9 you won't be disappointed.

The perfect upgrade for my Note 5. The phone is phenomenal speed processing and available features. Glad I waited for this Note.

The ease to set it up concerned me but it wA very easy to do. The pen is very se positive but I'll adjust. Great deal.

Mainly use my phone for normal use plus some game play. Camera the best I have had on a phone. Fast processor, beautiful screen.

Does everything I need it to and more. The pen is great. The screen is big, but the phone is light and not too big.

This is by far the best galaxy phone I have ever owned is super fast the battery last a long time and the screen is awesome.

Love this phone. Upgraded from an LG V20. The camera is awesome. There were a lot of bad reviews with folks inadvertently hitting the Bixby button but I am not experiencing that. I love the Quick Commands with Bixby voice. The dual speakers are very loud. All I all, I am very pleased with phone. Folks who are experiencing the ridiculously bad customer service with buying your Note 9 through Samsung, come to Best Buy to order. I ordered mine on Sep12 and received it Sep13. Awesome buying experience.

This phone has many new features. Its fast, has a great camera, and the new note features are very useful. Love this phone.

I have owned all the Notes. This is my favorite so far. The camera is fantastic and love the new features of the S Pen.
