I switched to an iPhone after years of teasing from my children. When the new iPhones came out, I was shocked at the prices. Samsung wasn't much cheaper but they had a deal over Thanksgiving weekend that I couldn't pass up. I am very happy with this phone. So far the only thing I miss from my iPhone are my stores password. Everything else is just as good if not better.

She went from a note 5 to a Note 9+ and LOVES it. I have one as well. I never use my stylus so I could have just gone with a galaxy 9, but she uses her stylus on a daily basis. The functionality, battery life, screen, everything. I actually only charge my phone about 20 minutes a day. And I use my phone non stop!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not too sold about upgrading, didn't want to add to my bill, unfortunately I had to since my kids messed up my old phone (Note8)...I am not the type that plays with everything the phone has, but the most important thing(s) I noticed about this phone was how clear the screen is, the videos, the movies, everything. Plus the life of the battery was the biggest improvement from Samsung.

It's a bit heavy and it's large but I like that. I'm older and it's nice having a phone that I can easily read. It has way more functions than I'll ever use but it has a lot that I will use. I'm still playing with it but so far I love it!

The pen is so great to use, especially being able to use it as a remote for the phone. The screen is crisp and clear and the camera is really good. Lots of options a it is good in low light.
