I am still learning this phone, but I love it!!! It is the best upgrade so far. The pictures taken with the camera are so much better it's amazing. Best HD Quality for Camera and Voice. If you're a Galaxy fan, I highly recommend upgrading to this Galaxy Note 9. I absolutely love it!!!

I Like this phone for what I need it for. I use it for games, online, emails, office, calendars, and many other things. Everything is working great. I've had it for 2 weeks and haven't had any problems with it at all. The battery has been very good as well. I don't have to charge it as often as I did the Note 8. It lasts about half a day longer.

I'm a Samsung Note girl. I love my note phones. But I tend to keep them as long as they will last me, and only get a new one when the older one acts up too much for me to overlook anymore. I chose this Note 9 over the newly released note 10, and one reason was because it had the earbud jack still. I have now had it for a little over one year, and it has started freezing up on me sometimes. Sometimes I will try to open an app, and the screen is just white, like it's thinking. I try to reverse, and even close the app, and it does nothing for a few tries and about 20 seconds or so, and then it will finally close back to the home screen. I'm not sure why that is happening, as I do not have a ton of stuff eating up the memory. I do not use the Bixby, and wish I could completely uninstall that, but since I cannot, then I just try to not press the extra Bixby button for too long to open it. Other than that, I can't think of anything really, that bothers me about it. I like the phone , and would purchase it again if I had to do it over.
