Very disappointed in the S pen. After only having the phone 1 week, the S pen broke off at the yellow and gold connection, inside my phone. I had to return to best but and get them to retrieve the bottom portion of the pen out of my phone. Then I had to spend a whopping $50 for a new pen. I was not happy. I was hoping the S pen would b more sturdy. It is definitely useful to play games and write/text but having to replace it is a hefty cost. Buyers beware

I had checked the Samsung website, as well as other competitors and Best Buy really was the best buy. The sale price which offered $300 off was something that I couldn't pass up. I love the new Note 9 and all the extra storage and options that this phone has to offer.

Getting a new phone, along with the payment, was a heavily weighed decision, but I am thrilled with it. The note is fantastic, the S pen is so useful, and the phone is well worth the money. I'd recommend it over the S9+ any day of the week.

Phone with guts

After researching options, this model seemed to have the biggest bang for the buck. Prices were better at Best Buy plus their store customer service is exceptional. They hooked me up with the right accessories AND threw in the wireless charger ( which rocks).
