I love my phone - color, size, ease of use, camera quality and other features. Only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because the battery life is less than I had expected and desired.

1st Note and I love it. Great pictures and stylus!

This phone is lavender, makes phone calls, text messages, internet, everything a smart phone should do. Best display and cameras on the market, thats why apple buys Samsung screens. No stupid notch taking up screen space. What else would you want to know about the phone that is not written in the product description?

I've had the 9S for about a month now, and I like the speed, and the narrow body (fits in my hand with the case on.) I haven't tried all the new features on it, although I keep hitting that 3rd button on the volume side, and it keeps say hi I'm Bixby. What is Bixby, like I said I havent figured out everything yet.

I liked my old phone (Note 3 - 3 1/2 years old - the longest I've ever had the same one) and only bought a new one because it wasn't working properly. The Note 9 is supercharged. I haven't found anything about it I don't like. The best thing is that it's lightning fast. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend.

This phone is good. Love the quality of the screen, love the size, small bezels, good speakers. My issues are due to the curve I am constantly hitting the sides of the screen. The bixby button is infuriating as bixby is useless. Battery life is okay nothing great. And videos format weird when zoomed in.

I usually do not do well ordering on line. This was surprisingly easy, with a small glitch that was fixed by a quick phone call. Smooth order and great, fast phone. So far i am experiencing a learning curve that is going away quickly. Each day I find something new that makes the phone/camera/info easier to use.

I moved up to this from a Galaxie 8, and I would have to say that the greatest improvement lies in the pen. Though I haven't begun to discover its full capacity, having a stylus tucked nearly inside is a huge plus. I'm simply not a thumb typist. The extra size really isn't enough to excite me and it makes it a little more cumbersome in the pocket. Warning - don't lose the stylus it is expensive to replace! I know this is very specific usage, but my biggest disappointment is its inability to work with my Nikon D750. I've installed the software, but it won't link to the camera. If it would do that, it would earn a 5 star rating.

I have owned several Samsung smart phones and they keep getting better with each new version. The Galaxy Note 9 is by far the best from Samsung. It is easy to multitask; the camera is high quality and the sound is outstanding. A lot of power and functions packed into one instrument. Highly recommed.

I bought this phone to use as a mobile office. It does not let me down. The stylus pen makes is easy to circle items on my screen. I can also use the button on the pen to click through a presentation or to take a picture! The battery life is fantastic, lasting all day on one charge. Unheard of!

I upgraded from and S7 as the phone would run very slow when using certain features or trying to play a game. The Note 9 is a super phone. The battery life is amazing. Plug it in every other day or so unless I play games and even then hours go by and it only used 10 to 20 percent of the battery.

Love my phone...good size...great memory capacity...and have added more with a 256gb Mic SD card. No need to go with a 10 for now...maybe 11 in a year. Just a heads up....my camera is soooo much better than my wife's iPhone. So - I don't get funky Avatars for messaging.....WHO CARES.

So far, this phone has been great! The apps are fairly easy to manipulate for a novice tech person like myself. The camera is wonderful with a lot of bonus features. My favorite quality has to be the storage space which is more than 7 times what my previous phone had. Battery life is amazing.

I have only had the phone for about two weeks, but I am happy with it so far. This is my 2nd Samsung S phone, this was an upgrade from my S5. It is a little bigger than previous phones, which I am getting used to. The battery life is great, getting me through each day without any problem.

This phone has everything you could want in a Samsung/Android phone. My main concern with phones is always the battery. The battery is still lasting me a full day, and I've had this phone for almost a year now. Highly recommend it if you're interested in using the Pen as well.

Great phone, but expensive. Right now, $250-$300 off this week. You can not pass it up for this price. All day battery and a camera that rivals the pixel 2 camera.

I love this note 9, coming from a note 5. It would have gotten 5 stars except they forgot to put an automatic text signature like my 5 did. How did they forget that when texting is major. Getting used to the texting. The voice recognition is not as good as the 5 and it also spells the word "bad" as "badd". Hopefully, they read this and make the upgrades. I love the assistant feature too. She gives me answers in just seconds. Found it by mistake. I've only had the phone for a couple of weeks and not looked at the manual yet so I'm sure there are lots of new features yet to be discovered.

I love this phone, and I really like the Samsung brand. I had a Galaxy S6 Edge Plus before and this is my second Samsung cell phone, and the pen is a really cool invention, especially with the button on the pen it helps when I am playing music, watching videos, or taking photos, etc.

My note 9 replaces my Samsung Galaxy 8. Mostly it is an improvement. Note 9 is sleek and sexy. The stylus is a great tool. I have had the phone 2 weeks and I am still learning. It was a toss up between the Note 9 and the Galaxy s 10+. The one on sale won the toss.

Planned on getting a note 7, then they started exploding so I got a pixel instead. It was a great phone but missing some key features (water resistance, wireless charging, expandable memory). It started running slow so I got one of these. It's big, much bigger than any other phone I've had, but it's beautiful and very responsive. It just seems a lot more polished of a user experience than any other smartphone I've had (and I've had a lot of them). I do have the occasional app crash but it's pretty rare. The stylus is neat but I'm not sure how much I'm going to use it though I have been trying to use it more. I do like that it works as camera shutter. In all honesty I probably could have gone with an S9 without missing much but I do really love this phone.
