I absolutely love this phone. The camera is great, the sound from the speakers is crisp and rich. I really like the notation ability and have been using it a lot. I am quite impressed with the display when watching a movie and the Dolby Atmos makes it sound awesome on the headphones.

It's hard to go wrong with a Samsung note. Kudos on battery. I was worried coming from note 5 that battery life would not be as advertised, but I've had no issues with it even using kindle app that bled my note 5 dry quickly. It usually lasts me my whole day without charging in between. No more extra thick battery cases or charging banks with tangled wires. On the other hand I feel like the s pen could use more features... like a feature to locate your s pen if u lose it and more customizable actions for more apps. The only other thing I wish it had is android pie. Everything that is awesome.

Love the phone, very lightweight and beautiful display! The only thing I didn’t like was where they put the power button. It’s on the left side. I find it very awkward to try to take a screen shot. Would highly recommend in despite of that, very fast and powerful.

I upgraded from the S7edge and this felt like a natural progression. I am a nervous flyer (and fly 15-40 times a year) and always listen to music on planes, so a headphone jack was essential to me. The camera is great, the response time is fast, and I've got no complaints.

My first smartphone ever and it was real easy to figure out. Love that it has a stylus cause I don’t like fingerprints on the screen. These are the best phones and that’s saying something cause I never thought I’d ever own a smart phone.

I will always love the Note series. It is a MUST have for me and I use it alot for work. The ability to screen write, or take notes in meetings and then send them out is vital. There was a learning curve with using, but that is expected. When I got the case made for it, the screen stuck out some, and was not fully protected, so I had to get an Otterbox cover. I don't care for there not being an actual "button" for home - it makes it difficult sometimes to get the screen to wake up. Other than that, this is a great phone, and takes great pictures.

I use this phone for taking notes while on the road for my job. The pen works great & makes my job a lot easier. The phone itself is a bit big for my personal preference but I've gotten used to it & it does fit in the front pocket of my pants/jeans so overall I'm happy.

I've had the Galaxy Note 9 for a week now. Coming from my S5 it is a revelation. It has so many comveiences and features I'm learning something new every day. It's like a mini computer and I'm sure it will save me a lot of time running to the office to use the computer.

I like the stylus. I have trouble with the buttons on my past phone not responding to my touch but I am not having issues with this one. There are some idiosyncrasies, such as no home button and using the stylus. I have to get used to but so far I am enjoying the phone.

I haven't had a note since the note 5 but all I can say is wow the features exceed all the demands. The battery life is the best thing so far, don't have to keep charging it last from work to the gym to having jam sessions in the ride home to playing games, last all day!!!

The best part about the phone is the battery life. I'm a non-gamer, power user and I really don't have to worry about recharging all day. The "downside" to the phone is you need to spend a lot of time on it to learn all the little features and maximize its potential.

I've always been a Note series enthusiast and the Note 9 is a great example of why. Great specs, great battery, iris and fingerprint scanners work well and quickly. Did I mention more than all day battery? If you have the means I highly recommend you pick one up.

Bought this for my son when we switched providers. He traded in his iPhone, which I thought was a betrayal. But after he demo'd it for me, I have to admit, I might consider a switch. Great features.

Originally I purchased this phone about 3 weeks ago but there was a defect in the pen. I had to replace the entire unit. With the new phone, it seems to be less quirky that the previous. Maybe there were other defects of which I was not aware. So far, I am quite pleased. There are lots of features and options with the phone. I am still adding and deleting apps and options. This was my first choice for a phone and although it's only been about a few weeks, I think this was the best choice for me. Kind of pricey, but almost all of the phones are now.

My first venture into the larger Galaxy Note mobile devices. I use my devices as a phone less than 5% of the time and the rest as a PDA (calendar, texting, email, lists, browsing, etc.) . So I want lots of screen space. So far the Note 9 is performing perfectly.

I needed a phone that allowed me to make quick lists, reminders, and research notes with annotations of papers and photos. This works great, and has been reliable from the first use. The switch-over from my s& was quick ans seamless. Happy Camper!

I had a Note 4 and finally went back to the Note product. I haven't even tapped into all of the features yet because the phone is still new but I love it 10X more than any of my other phones. I will review it again when I have tried the camera/pen feature.

This phone's battery is long lasting. It has the longest lasting battery of all the Samsung phones I have owned. I would definitely recommend this phone if you are looking for a long lasting battery.

I absolutely love the size and camera and all its features! I wish i would have had it for my sons wedding! My nephew had one and i was so impressed! So right after the wedding i went to buy one! I had been undecided on a new phone until i saw this!!!

This phone is a big step up from the Galaxy Note 4 I had previously. I was worried that it would be too big, but it's only slightly larger than my old one. There are lots of wonderful new features - several of which I already love. The camera is great!
