I couldn't wait to get the Samsung Note 9. I already had the Note 8 but when I saw the 9 I knew I had to have it. It took forever to get it because I ordered the 512 gig in blue with the yellow stylus. It was worth it. Its abilities far exceed the Note 8.

I come from a S7 Edge and am really impressed with the differences. The Note 9 is a lot faster in my opinion, with opening apps, and surfing either over the air or WiFi. Transferring my apps/data/photos from the S7 to Note 9 was also an extremely easy task.

The Samsung Note 9 is a great phone. I have had sevetal Note phones (until the big battery problem). Best battery life I've had on any phone. I use the note taking feature. The photos are great. I have found nothing wrong with this phone. Glad I chose it.

If you are not an apple fan, this is the way to go. Most well round out there. Not the best at everything, but near the top at everything

From a battery that finally actually lasts all day, to a beautiful design and the functionality that has made Samsung a smart phone market leader, the Note 9 is definitely the best phone of 2018!

Battery life has been as promised. Screen is very clear and vivid. Trying to figure out how to turn off the pop up ads. There's a bit of a learning curve for all of the features, but with use hope to take advantage of more of the advanced offerings.

It's no contest that the Galaxy Note 9 is the best phone on the market beating out Iphone and even their own Galaxy 10. Can't wait to see what Samsung's new Note can do in the future. Will always continue to go for the Notes in the future

Phenomenal phone. Only one I've ever had for 2 years and wasn't eager to get rid of. Battery was still great. Played video game emulators flawlessly. Only reason I did was because I got a great trade in deal.

My note 9 finally came in I ordered the 512gb. So far I really like it. Honestly not seeing much difference from the note 8. Ut with the memory being larger and the ram increase had me sold.

I had a Note4 several years ago and loved it. Had switched to a Galaxy8 phone, but always missed my Note. Happy to have it back. Easy to purchase at Best Buy and activate at home. All was easy to do and my info transferred so well to my new Note9.

Only got this note 9 because Samsung doubled the buyback for my note 8. The note 9 is a little faster and more polished but still similar..these phones have really topped out in my opinion...they do everything! And really fast too. Love the Note 9.

This was my first time buying a new phone through Best Buy and not directly from the provider. The online order and instore pickup process was easy and user friendly. The phone is INCREDIBLE! The camera makes my photos look professional. Love it!

Was nervous about a curved screen but just couldn't bring myself to buy an Apple product and didn't see anything else that caught my eye for the cost. So far this phone has worked as expected and has some upgrades over my old Samsung Galaxy.

Amazing phone. I never use the stylus, and I'm sure there are many features I still don't know about or use, but I have had no issues with glitches or lags or any problems I used to find in my old iPhone.

I was hesitant to go the Note route but glad to have made the jump. I have not used the stylus for all it can do but it is great for making your shopping list or taking meeting notes for those of us with fat fingers.

I am absolutely terrible with technology. We simply don't like each other. I always try to get new phones that are as close as possible to my old phones. This one is user friendly. To be honest, there are features on it that I don't use, I don't even know they're there. There are a few features I don't care for, such as swiping the screen up or down for the apps, but that is completely personal preference, not a phone default. I like how big the screen is. It's a great phone and I'm glad I have it.

This phone was a great upgrade from my previous phone, where more memory-intensive apps would crash often. The S-Pen is also very satisfying to use as a stylus, if you enjoy writing notes or playing games with more precision than your finger.

I have stayed with the Samsung brand for over a decade. I have never had a problem with the quality and quantity of such an amazing device. Battery life (all day) and 128 gigabytes of ram with 8 additional is needless to say a plus.

I am really pleased with the new Note 9. It lasts me more than a day on a single charge. It doesn't get super hot in my pocket like the last note model did. Of course that one also was exploding on people, luckily I did not have the happen.
