As an owner of a Galaxy S4 Note this was an awesome upgrade with Icing on top versus my wife's IPhone who started to rethink of getting herself one. Finally she agreed that I paid for Innovations instead as she did for the name of Apple.

This is my 4th Samsung phone. This is by far my favorite one! The screen size is fabulous although a bit big for my petite hands. No one handed operation for me. Accessories are still a bit hard to come by. Would definitely purchase again.

Always owned a note phone, This is the best, Fastest and most reliable note yet. Very satisfied with the phone and best buys phone customer service reps with all their help. This is the second note 9 we purchased from best buy in 2 weeks.

Yet another great phone from Samsung! Great features, awesome display... one thing I wish they’d bring back is the replaceable batteries. S Pen has a lot of hidden features. Once you learn them, you be treated to an even better experience!

I debated between upgrading to an iphone or staying with Samsung and I am glad I stayed. I love this phone. I have had the Note before and didn't realize how much I missed the S-pen. I would recommend this to any android enthusiast.

Best phone I've owned so far. There is a bit of a learning curve and had to disable Bixby button, but no other complaints. Battery life is fantastic. Can go two days between charges!

There were some bugs at first but have been corrected. The battery life is about a day and a half with normal use and being connected to the Galaxy 3 watch. No issues connecting to multiple Bluetooth devices.

I got a great deal on this galaxy note9 right before Christmas last year, and it's been nothing short of amazing ever since! I use it extensively for taking photos, for drawing and for note-taking - it's an awesome product!

Great features on the note, haven't used it to its potential yet but will get there. Samsung is a great product have never been disappointed and this is my third phone and i have never been dissatisfied with any of their products.

Let's face it, if your not buying apple (and only apple junkies do and dont regret) samsung is the gold standard. Design, feel, speed, and android integration are all really good. As for bloatware is it really bloatware if you use it?

EXCELLENT PHONE THAT HANDLES JUST LIKE A COMPUTER. THE PHONE DOES EVERYTHING. ITS SEEMS LIMITLESS. I DON'T LIKE THAT ALL THE CELL PHONES MADE NOW ARE SO SENSITIVE TO DROPS EVEN WITH A CASE ON IT.

This is the best phone I have ever owned. I didn't think a stylus would make such a difference but I can't live without it now.

Fast phone with amazing battery life. Pen works well. My Google Photos app keeps crashing ever since I bought the phone

The main reason I upgraded to Note 9 was for the larger battery over Note 8. I was running out of juice with Note 8 by end of the day but the new Note 9 lasts all day with extra to spare. The dual speakers are a nice addition to!

Love my galaxy the battery is a monster lasts all day even if you make calls a lot on it. I use it for work and normally I take it off the charger at 7 am and put it back on at 11 PM with about 18 percent battery on super busy day.

I’m a power user and the bigger battery and power saving options make it a breeze.getting through the day without any extra batteries. The screen resolution is simply awesome as well. This is a great phone for both work and play.

This phone is an all in one. I love the Samsung Note9. Who needs a computer when you have this! The battery life is amazing! I went from always having to charge my phone to every other day and I'm always on it. You will love it!

The size is perfect. The screen is by far the nicest I've seen on a phone. The steroids speaker system with Dolby Atmos is by far the best I've heard on a phone, music is actually listenable right off of the phone. I'm in love.

Upgraded from S8+ to Note 9. Battery life = 10 Display = 10 This phone is the best Samsung has to offer currently. Does everything you could possible need. If you are considering upgrading, do it now. You won't be disappointed

Last note I had was a note 5. Been using the S7 & S8 and figured I'd go back to a note. Best decision ever. Tons of features. Samsung has definitely knocked it out of the park on this one. You wont be disappointed in the Note 9.
