Hands down this phone is better then iPhone! You have some many functions you can do on this phone. With the S-pen you can even take selfies and don't need to hold the phone!

I have had a note 3 and note 5 previously and loved the stylus. I am still getting used to it. I highly recommend putting a screen protector on it as soon as you buy it as the curved edge screen is susceptible to even light bumps.

This is the best electronics item I've ever owned. All my kids carry Apples and my phone smokes them all in speed. A better product in every aspect. The only reason to own an Apple product instead of this is you're too used to it.

Been my daily driver for 2 years now. Great looking screen, responsive, built-in stylus is nice add-on. And it still has a headphone jack! Gonna hang onto this one as long as possible.

So far so good! Battery is lasting me a day and a half and the charger it comes with charges it fast. Nice big screen.

This phone has an amazing camera that captures slow motion videos and more. Its audio is killer! Don't need a bluetooth speaker very often since the speaker is really loud and clear. Real fun for fortnight playing as well.

First note was the 7. We all know how that ended. When it was time for a new phone I checked them all out and fell in love with the Note 9. It is fast and sleek and stood up to being dropped hard a few times.

Been on a galaxy for last 2 years and I miss the note more than I can say. The advance features are easily accessible where u aren't allowed to even access them in galaxy. Dual Camara is awesome and I love new pen features.

after purchasing my note 9 and setting it up, i was blown away with how fast it was and the graphics, it's the best I have seen on any current phones on the market, beating out the LG and Iphone! glad I upgraded to a note 9.

This phone is simply beautiful. The sleekness of it makes it something to be desireable. The memory space of the phone allows for just about anything to be stored on the phone without worry of filling up the space quickly.

This machine is incredible! I came in wanting to get the base model-GS9-but found out that the new s10 would be coming out very soon. So I wanted to stay in the loop even if with the older generation! this was perfect!

This was the second of the two phones we bought, but one get one free. My wife had the Note8 and has been very happy with the upgrade. Battery life is fantastic and the RAM upgrade from the Note8 to the 9 helps a lot too.

Battery life is amazing, Processor performance is amazing, Samsung pay is amazing, and the only one thing that Samsung needs to work on is good enough to live with (software). Other than that, everything else is great.

I upgraded to the Note 9 from a Note 5. It was very easy to figure out how to use the Note 9. It is fast and works very well. The Best Buy team transferred my applications and information from my Note 5 to the Note 9.

I recently switched to the note 9 from an iPhone 7 plus. This phone is amazing. I cannot get over all the awesome features that I have been missing out on because I was an iPhone fanboy. No longer. Note 9 is superior

So far it's been a great phone. Battery is strong. Easy to float between apps. 3rd Galaxy phone. I love it.

Been using this phone for a few years. Got the phone for my girlfriend. Great phone, fast, camera is great. no problems with it at all. looking forward to the note new note for 2020.

Using more than 2 years now, still very good, faster in work. needs to restart sometimes with some new apps, not sure its app issue or OS. but i am happy with my purchase.

I love Samsung. This phone fits perfect for my hands. It's very user friendly and light weight. Unlike how slim the phone is, so when I use a case, the phone isn't bulky. Fits nicely in a clutch purse!
