I am extremely happy with my note 9 the battery alone is worth it I upgraded from a s8+ and it's a huge improvement i like to watch a lot of video on my phone and the battery really lasts the whole day

I've had the phone for a week now. I upgraded from the Note 4. I use it for business mostly and appreciate that the battery lasts the day. I hope it will continue as the phone gets a year plus old.

Great phone! Everything that you could hope for. My only complaint would be it is just a little larger than I expected on the day to day, but the stylus does help to make up for that.

Great phone for business. I’m an iPhone user but I wanted to try out this phone because of the sPen. It a very good phone. I don’t like the Bixby assistant... I don’t even use it... I use google and it works. I also use this phone as a monitor screen for my canon t5 camera while recording videos for Social media. iPhone requires you to jail break ☹️ Any way it’s a great phone for business.... and a good camera

What else would you expect? I like using the S-pen, which is why I got this over another phone. The Pen works fine. The volume of the ringer is not as loud as I would like. Same problem with the Note 5. I don't like the lack of a physical home button. I've created a lot of errant taps trying to bring up the home button. Lastly (has nothing to do with the phone), I miss Swype. The other replacements out there aren't as good.

Went from a Note 5 to a Note 9. Has many options that the 5 didn't . Not too hard to get used to. Have many things to discover about it still....

I love my note 9. I had the note 5 that I loved but it started to lag after 3 years not bad. The note nine is a little different in size and the battery is great. The coor on the screen is awesome.

I'm in love with this phone. I adore the ease of use and the quality. It is the best galaxy and note I have owned note to mention the very best phone hands down. The memory and speed is bar none.

Still trying to learn all the new features! I feel spoiled with all the things my new Samsung can do! The pictures & sound quality are phenomenal! I am so glad I finally took the time to upgrade!

I have always loved the note series phones from Samsung. This one is no exception. It is better than the previous one. Still learning all that this phone has to offer, I have not found any flaws.

Had other phones since my Note 4 died. Finally came back to the Note 9. Great deal via Best Buy and I'm still learning all the features of this phone. Nice product from Samsung.

this Galaxie Note 9 was a really great quality product.. CAMERA on this devise was the ENVY to ALL OUR friends when they saw the SHARP colorful pictures taken by us.

I love my new phone!! I use it for absolutely everything! Best Buy had a great deal $$. One negative - when I went to pick up my phone - they didn't set it up - I had to go to Verizon for that.

Great phone. I like the stylus being a remote for the camera and it works good when my hands are too cold to work on the screen. I am outside often in the weather. Water resistant is a plus too

I love this phone! The battery lasts longer than I thought it would. The charger cable is easier to use, by fitting in either way. I'm still learning but love all the features this phone has!

This is the best phone I've ever owned. Lots of great features. I especially love the stylus for marking up photos. I use that feature a lot for work (I'm in the trades).

Only upgraded as my previous Samsung 6 totally died. Really liking the Samsung Note 9 so far. Haven't had a chance to really utilize all the cool features, but happy with what I have used so far.

This phone as a really nice size screen for gaming. My only criticism is that there are too many buttons along the side ...volume Bixby power. It makes it difficult to install triggers.

I traded in my S9+ for the Note 9. The size is almost the same. Just a little longer. The pen is terrific.I take notes all day. This beats trying to type. I even athe battery is lasting longer.

Very fast and sleek phone. First Note that I have owned and was worried I wouldn't like the size but it's great for my large fingers and I am able to text better on it than I could my S7edge.
