I've been using the note series for about 4 years now. It's impossible to go back. I got the s8 plus at one point but missed the pen too much. This phone is a beast.

Super phone. I really love the features and capabilities. Battery life is pretty decent. The note taking capability on the blank screen really comes in handy.

So many cool features, love my pen and how clear the picture is.

My only complaint is that it's heavier than the S8PLUS. But good phone in general. Not over the moon impressed but lives up to the Samsung quality that I expect.

THIS IS MY FIRST SAMSUNG PHONE; ALWAYS HAD NEXUS/PIXEL PHONES. I WENT WITH THE NOTE 9 FOR THE S-PEN AND NOTE TAKING CAPABILITY AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PHONE.

This phone is by far my favorite of the Samsung series. I have had the Galacy S3 through S7. This phone is superior, fast, great features and the S pen is awesome.

I upgraded from a Galaxy 6 edge. It was a great deal as I got $250.00 off and I'm very happy. So many features and still haven't learned them all! Excellent camera

Ok, it my newest phone but also the best phone that I've ever used. Camera, touchscreen and load times are top notch... it is a big phone but fits well in my hand.

I purchased the note 9 for my daughter, she's needed a new phone, she absolutely loves it, it's very easy to use, takes great pictures, overall an amazing product

This phone was a awesome choice for my daughter who is 12 years old. She is a inspiring artist and the pen is great for her to draw with. She is in love with it.

I switched from IPhone to Samsung with this phone. It takes some getting used to but it's so much better than the iPhone in my opinion. Also the camera is amazing

It seemed big at first but it is worth the extra size for all the extras. The screen is great, the size makes me want to use the phone because the screen is so big.

A great phone. The reception is great. People say that my voice is clearer when I call than my old phone. It charges faster and seems to hold the charge longer.

The Note 9 is the best product on the market, Very user friendly, screen easy to read. Key board is easy to use. The camera is superior to any competitive product.

Been Samsung user since Galaxy 6 switched to the Note 8 then Note 9 only keeps gets better. Must say its an awesome phone if you use it to its fullest of features.

I was originally disappointed due to whole backordering fiasco, as I had preordered this phone early on, but that wasn't Best Buy's fault. The phone is incredible though. I had been an Apple fan boy until now. There has been a bit of a learning curve transitioning from iOS to Android but it's totally worth it. This thing is a powerhouse. Buy 4.

Love this phone, Samsung did not disappoint with the Note 9. Battery lasts all day, even with moderate use and has lots of features that I am still discovering!

I got this for my husband as he was still using the Note 3. I have the S9. The Note 9 has some amazing features. I love how you can take photos using the pen!
