I was an iPhone user for a long time, the galaxy note 9 is far better than my last phone. With 128M as a base you’ll never run out of memory! Great camera too!

I've used the Galaxy S series for the longest time and ever since I switched to the Note, it's been a huge upgrade. And I love the addition of the stylus!

Phone is about the size of the new S10+ but without the added price. It performs well and is an excellent example of Samsung phone quality.

This phone was great to upgrade to. Great for work and play, camera is a very nice upgrade from iPhone for anyone who wants more then just a cell phone picture.

Wifes old s7 charging system failed after 3 years of use.. upgraded to this note 9.. all i can say is she is very very happy with its features and gadgets

Had to wait to get this since Verizon SCREWED me by failing to honor their BuyOneGetOneFree off at the inception of the Note 9 sale. This is a great phone though, and BestBuy had a great offer of $300 off. Especially worth it for the 512GB version, which I intend to have for a very long time. Good solid phone that meets the many reviews about it. Purchasing from Best Buy was a better decision though, and waiting for the sale... than going from Verizon directly.

I went from an S8+ to the Note 9, and I'm impressed. I use multiple apps simultaneously all day, every day and this device handles everything I ask it to do.

I've had other phones from the Note series including the Note 3 and combustible 7. I've been using a S7 edge and as soon as I could get back to a Note, I did.

I had an old note and was ready for an upgrade. This one has so many great features. I love that Best Buy has Samsung experts to teach you how to navigate .

I LOVED this phone. At the grocery store I let my son draw pictures it was a life saver for antsy children in a shopping cart

Great product for the price. I don't see myself spending the requested retail value for it though. Still learning all the tricks but overall great upgrade.
