Mine is just 5 months old and no longer holds a charge. It dies within an hour after being fully charged up. It used to last 3-4 days, but suddenly bugged out with charging.

We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can slip your Galaxy Ring on and forget it with a seven-day charge that won’t slow you down. Combined with a full cradle charge, you can use Galaxy Ring for up to 14 days without plugging into an outlet. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, charging frequency, and other factors. I am a cook, and I purchased the Titanium Black. The Black is coming off the ring. Making it look old and used. But the features work well!

Is a nice expensive ring that is not designed for everyday use if you pretend it to keep looking good.. absolutely not for gym..

Here's a few precautions: Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. If the ring is exposed to any of these substances, clean it using a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use external heat sources, ultrasonic waves, soap, cleaning agents, abrasive materials, or compressed air to clean the ring. Doing so may damage the ring.
