My wrist gets irritated from the watch bands so this is a great alternative. It even recognizes gestures. The charging case is a bit pricey if you need a second one. I dont think it has a step counter or temperature but overall great and works seamlessly with samsung phones.

I bought it to sleep in since i don't like wearing my watch overnight. Its just not for me, I would return it but that date has passed. I highly recommended using the sizing kit for a whole week, I did it for a few days/nights and I thought I had the right size, nope.

Great Ring

It allows me to see what I am doing prior to sleep that affects my sleeping. Furthermore when I am working during the day I am able to see many health benefits that are being affected by my actions.

When paired with the watch 7 it splits the battery usage between them for better battery life. Probably would hold off buying without the watch until price went down though.
