All the features were nice, would last 5 days on a full charge. Recently beginning of this month I was having to charge it daily. Called Samsung they sent a return label said it was under warranty. Now 5 days later they say it is not under warranty. I rec it Feb 2025 so basically it is 1 month out of warranty, They said they would repair it for $110.00, I will tell them to keep it I have owned a good bit of Samsung products, verry disappointed in this one especially at a 400.00 price point.

I am a Samsung dedicated user. However, I just couldn't get past how cheap this ring felt. So if you are looking for a ring that you don't know that you have on, this is good for you.

After 7 months it is not holding a charge for more then a day and is constantly losing connection. I have to charge this ring ever night and even after that it losing battery power and my connection which result in inaccurate sleep data.

When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Was worried, as it is extremely light in weight, unlike Oura ring, however the reviews I read stated it was better than the Oura ring. I have read many conflicting articles about heart rate, BP and even detecting AFIB. So far, my husband LOVES the ring.
