I was hesitant on getting a smart ring but dove in and I don't regret it. I tried an oura last year and returned it within a week due to discomfort. Samsung has mastered making the ring comfortable, durable, and accurate. I wear it while landscaping or doing paperwork at the office and love it!

I wanted to gather data for my troubled sleep and did not want to wear a watch. Since I have a Samsung phone and reviews said that this ring integrates better with my phone, so I decided to purchase it. Great purchase! I don't know about the accuracy of heart beat, oxygen, REM and deep sleep times, but I am glad to track trends about this. The apps show suggestions on how to improve Sleep and Energy scores, for example. I deducted one star because the battery life seems to go down pretty quickly. The first couple of weeks, a full charge would last almost a week, Now is less than that. I am now charging both the ring and the base to under 100% in hopes of making the batteries last. When I wake up in the middle of the night, the ring has both green and red lights lit up. This is distracting. Why does it need lights at all. Anyway, I got used to it. Also, I thought the regular ring sizes would be the same as the Samsung ring size. WRONG! Make sure to purchase the ring sizer to find your perfect fit!

I wear this ring on my index finger as recommended even though some of the YouTube and other videos state that any finger is OK. Although I also wear the Samsung watch compatible with the ring, I do not wear the watch when sleeping. I wear the ring, however, as it provides some information regarding my sleep that I have provided to my soleep doctor. She said that it is helpful for her clinical review of my sleep apnea along with actual medical devices that do a much better job. It does help me between doctor visits if I think that I am having a sleep issue and does not interfere with my sleep. I recommend it for people with sleep apnea.

Loving this ring so far! I was skeptical as I had used Oura for about 2 years & wondered how it would compare as it is a newer product but I am pleasantly surprised. The ring seems to hold up better against scratching so far & does everything my previous ring did, including the great battery life. The only thing I preferred about Oura was that the app was more "aesthetic" but the functionality & usability are great. Would recommend & I have recommended!

Love the galaxy ring. I don't have to wear my smartwatch to bed to track my sleep anymore. Battery lasts for nearly 7 days and charges very quickly.

The Galaxy Ring gives me flexibility to track my health along with my Watch 8. The Ring is more comfortable to wear at night than my watch, and is a reliable source for my health monitoring.

All in all it's a good product finding your size is probably going to be the biggest hassle you're going to have with this. I do like that I can sleep with it and I no longer have to wear my watch when I go to sleep that was honestly the big reasons I got it. If you exercise regularly using weights you may feel some uncomfort from The Ring pinching you when you're using barbell or dumbbells if you get accustomed to it / change your grip slightly you can use it just fine just know that this the ring will get scratched up or you'll have to take it off whenever you're going to do weights. Is i worth it probably not if you already have the watch but if you would prefer something more comfortable to track sleep than yes

Honestly, been a great ring for the last year. Battery is starting to die on me (last for 2 days charge) but has held up. I am very rough with my hands at work and hobbies. Ring has been through it all but has held its own. Only giving 4 stars because the battery seems to have lasted until the warranty is out (convenient timing).

I got it at a present for my wife. She had the Oura ring before hand, but she and I aren't a fan of the monthly subscription. The Samsung ring fits better, has a better build for her and it was more accurate, and as she has a Samsung phone, she's was able to familiarize fast send get to show charge get phone at night to v Keep it working at to battery level. She is in the medical field and regardless of all the stuff she had to do, snd get into, it stays effectively clean and stable

Love this ring! It keeps good track of my sleep and it's super comfortable to wear. And it's very accurate with my blood oxygen levels and energy score for the day. I would 100% recommend

Overall im very satisfied w I th my luchase. Tracking os good and i primarily use the ring for sleep tracking. I have noticed also good improvement in my Ultra watch battey life

Comfortable fit and looks good on. Data points appear to be fairly solid as well. The ring box is a statement piece - looks really elegant and functional with led battery indicator for both the case and ring when the ring is on the case. Great product and would recommend to those interested in this kind of health monitoring tech.
