When paired with a Samsung phone, this really is amazing. I don't like wearing my watch when I sleep or type at work. This fills in all of the gaps between dedicated workouts. For those, I'd recommend a watch though.

I actually like it, tried it, and it tells you everything, based on how you sleep and energy, youre into health, i recommend you get the ring.

I was so excited when the new Galaxy ring was released and ordered one right away. It was beautiful in person and appeared to be constructed from high-quality materials. I purchased the correct size after ordering and using the sample sized rings. When I went to set up the ring with Samsung Health and my new Galaxy Fold 6, I found out that I could only track my data on Android phones and could not use an app for IOS devices. I was disappointed at first, but to be fair, each brand tried to limit compatability with their own ecosystem, so I did not mind. The main issue that was the deal breaker was that I received a cheap smart ring on Amazon that used the Qring app for Android and IOS both and tracked all of my data immediately and in great detail but the Samsung Ring device app and Samsung Health app had limited data or none. I was shocked and extremely disappointed because I have been a loyal Samsung customer for decades and purchased a variety of tech devices along with appliances, laptops, monitors, and televisions. I know this is the first attempt by Samsung, but it's not good enough. I returned my ring without any hesitation but was frustrated with all the wasted time spent on the purchase and programming, trouble shooting, and then giving up on it. I share my unbiased review to alert others before they make a purchase they might regret. Congratulations to all the buyers who are completely satisfied with the product.

Love my ring. I didnt like wearing my watch to sleep, so i wasnt able to get my sleep readings, but now i can. It fits perfectly.

Love it,nice to have when im not wearing my watch and sometimes i wear both. Works as it should and it comfortable. Also i got some silicone ring covers in many colors if i choose to change it up anso protects from scratches and does not interfear with functionality of the ring.

Nice tracking, not heavy at all and pretty useful.

Love it. Its got amazing battery life tracks most of the important things. It doesn't track your heart rate consistently though so what your burning calorie wise is not super accurate.

This ring does everything I need it to and more! The sleep feature is my favorite. I like the step tracker as well. I've tried watches and prefer the ring better. I am also happy there's no membership to access the information. Looks so good stacked with other rings too.

This gas been able to give me accurate insight as to what my sleep patterns are! (Im a night shift worker and flip to day schedule on my days off). Its interesting to get the quality and quantity of my sleep. Silver is sleek looking. Highly recommend. Best part it integrates with my other samsung devices and theres no monthly subscription!

Bought pre owned and saved $200. Looks new. Light and fits great on non dominate index finger. App provides alot of information. Would definitely recommend.

Good ring. Allows me to go without wearing a watch which is what i wanted. Its very light and comfortable.

Ring works well, good fitness tracking, price is a little high for what ya get but i wear most days. Battery good about a week.

Awesome! Highly recommend. Extremely accurate. Samsung needs to update their Wearable app for the Galaxy Ultra, as it doesn't sync, so you have to use Samsung Health.

Works great, glad I decided on this instead of other ring brands. 3-5 day battery life depending on my activity.

I bought this based on the sizing rings and the size was right on. It was easy to connect to the galaxy phone and works great. I love the wireless charging as well.
