I wore my fitbit wrist watch to compare and it is almost identical. I though the ring would have more erroneous data, but was almost identical to the data on my wrist.

But, found out the step counter doesn't count unless arm swing is moving. Was pushing my granddaughter in a stroller for 1/2 hour and logged only a few steps.

I then returned it and measured the forefinger for a different size.

The fit is superb and the data that is collected makes it easier to understand your health, sleep patterns and habits as well as providing the necessary tools to ensure you know what your health status is at all times

For $400, I was expecting a bit more. It doesn't give blood O2 measurements during the day. It also seems to pick up some activities as "steps" as I know I haven't taken 1700 steps already today, as I haven't left the house. For $300 or less I would give this a 5 star.
