Here’s how to submit an error report for your Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, or Galaxy Ring using the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone or tablet:
1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your device.
2. Tap the Menu (which may appear as a circle at the bottom center of the screen or three horizontal lines on the left side).
3. Tap "More" in the upper right corner (indicated by three vertical dots).
4. Select "Settings," then scroll to the bottom and tap "Contact us."
5. Choose "Error reports" under "Send feedback."
6. From the list, select the wearable device(s) you are experiencing difficulties with to gather the necessary data, then tap "Next."
7. Ensure that the "Send system log data" option is checked, then fill out the required fields.
8. If you would like to include an additional attachment, tap the Attach icon (it looks like a paperclip) in the upper right corner to add a photo, screenshot, or voice recording.
9. Once you’re ready, tap the send arrow in the upper right corner.
Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
