You can do this by placing the ring in its charging case then press and hold the multipurpose button for 3 seconds. If needed, try rebooting the ring by holding the button for 7 seconds, then repeat the pairing process. Once you receive your sizing kit, try on the rings and find the one that feels like the best fit you! After you find the one you like, be sure to wear it for more than 24 hours, including while sleeping. Wear it properly with the indicator line on the outside of the ring facing the palm of your hand.
