Pros: It looks great, is super light, and seems to be durable. Be sure to use the sizing kit because size 8 is not a true size 8 at a jeweler. It seems to take heart rate once every 10 minutes which is cool to see and track. I hope there are future updates to include more

However, as it stands, this ring was a half-baked idea and should not cost more than $200 at most. Your watch will always supersede the ring anytime you wear them together. You want to check your heart rate? Your watch will do it even when it's inaccurate. You want your ring to do it? You have to take to watch off. You want to check your blood oxygen? use your watch because your ring does not allow manual check. The most important thing that will force me to return this is inability to switch to the ring to measure heart rate during cardio session. This was the sole reason why I wanted the ring because I was sick of my watch not being able to measure my HR during a sweaty cardio session. I will wait for gen 3 or gen 4 when they improve some of these qualities. Oh and some of the competitors are offering 12 days of battery life so you are definitely falling behind Samsung.

The Galaxy Ring may be more comfortable and convenient option to some customers than a Galaxy Watch because it's worn on your finger instead of your wrist. You do not need to remove your Galaxy Watch in order to utilize the Galaxy Ring's heath tracking features. However, when you do wear both devices simultaneously, your Galaxy Watch will function as the primary device.
