I love this ring. It keeps great track of my sleep and I love the suggestions. I hate sleeping in my watch so this is a great alternative

I waited a month to give my review. I've used another smart ring for 3 years and was happy with monitoring my health without depending on wearing my smart watch to bed all the time. My Galaxy ring has a better battery life and updated health features. I like my Galaxy ring a lot. Good investment!

Excellent smart ring. Fitness funtions, health function, and sleep functions are very helpful in dat to day activity. The charge on the battery lasts for 2 - 3 days and it recharges quickly. And it's stylish to boot.

Now that I got the replacement for the 1st one and am using the app on my android phone, I can see a lot more information. The 1st one I got I used the app on my iPad and it didn’t work very well and finally stopped altogether.

Nice ring, works well, a little pricey and not too ken on Samsung health as an ecosystem but overall good addition to wearables and it does play nice with samsung watches. Nice if your all in on Samsung's ecosystem

Awesome fun but if you have the watch it pretty much does the same thing

Works as the claims. But, found out the step counter doesn't count unless arm swing is moving. Was pushing my granddaughter in a stroller for 1/2 hour and logged only a few steps.

Very comfortable and very practical. Much more comfortable to wear while sleeping as opposed to a watch
