Works as it should gives good sleep data and isnt bad to wear

It's comfortable to wear, especially if you want to track your sleeping at night. It just feels like having another ring in your finger.

This ring is awesome in that it does a whole sleep study every night, encourages me to do extra activities and tracks my heart rate all day and night. All from the comfort of my ring finger. Even ran an interaction check on my meds. I put my ring in the cool wireless charging case before taking a shower and its at 100% when I'm done with my shower.

i putchased this for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift as hes been talking about tracking different health things and his sleep so this was the most perfect gift for him!

overall, the product does what its supposed to. design is lightweight and durable however it can be scratched easily. works well with my samsung watch and s24 ultra

Awesome! Highly recommend. Extremely accurate. Samsung needs to update their Wearable app for the Galaxy Ultra, as it doesn't sync, so you have to use Samsung Health.

I primarily use it to track my sleep at night. Does a great job at that. I've worn it throughout the day if few times, but I'm concerned that I'm going to mess up the finish on it when grabbing things. I should have gotten the black one for this concern, but the black sizing ring was hard to find if I didn't have it on my finger or in the case so I got the shiny gold.
