Requires android 11 or higher. S9 is running android 10 a d no upgrades to android 11 is a available for this this. Had to buy a now phone. Only way to get a stylis was to buy a S24 Ultra. Big bucks

I've used another smart ring for 3 years and was happy with monitoring my health without depending on wearing my smart watch to bed all the time. My Galaxy ring has a better battery life and updated health features. I like my Galaxy ring a lot. Good investment!

The battery would not hold a charge 10 months later. I chatted with customer service. Was on the phone for two hours while they tried. I got zero help. The warranty ended April 1st of this year. The battery now lasts 9 hours. Yes hours. I am 70 and need these tracking apps and cannot afford $400 a year to get a new ring. The ring itself was pretty accurate. I am going to miss it. Next time I will look to see if you can buy a new charger for the ring. Nobody tells you that if the battery quits holding a charge you are tough out of luck.

Too expensive for short lifespan

Tracked everything i wanted and fit seamlessly into the Samsung ecosystem. But it failed just a couple months after the 1 year warranty ran out. In the beginning, the battery lasted for 6-7 days. Recently, it dropped to 24 hours. Then 8 hours. Now the battery struggles to last for 30 minutes. While it was alive, it was the best smart ring I'd tried. It would be amazing if it lasted, but for the price and the fact you'll have to replace it a year later, I can't recommend. Hopefully thwir next iteration fixes it.
