I wore my fitbit wrist watch to compare and it is almost identical. I though the ring would have more erroneous data, but was almost identical to the data on my wrist.

Great when it worked

It tracked my steps, sleep, and cycle pretty accurately. It worked really well with the samsung ecosystem. I did my best to be mindful to take it off when showering or washing my hands despite the water resistance feature. However, about 3 weeks ago it stopped holding a charge longer than 1 hour. A week after that it died compmetely. The charging case still works, but the ring has given up on life. I originally loved the idea of the ring because I'm not a fan of watches, but it looks like I may have to resort to a watch afterall.

The battery life of the Galaxy Ring will last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. But, found out the step counter doesn't count unless arm swing is moving. Was pushing my granddaughter in a stroller for 1/2 hour and logged only a few steps.

I did some research and decided on the Galaxy Ring, I am more than satisfied with the smart ring. Does everything my Fitbit Versa 4 did and more. Seamless data integration with our Samsung phones and tablets along with data ranges rather than a snapshot in time for B/P and O2.
