Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. When it comes to charging your Galaxy Ring, you have three options: USB-C charging, charging wirelessly, and charging with Wireless PowerShare. Each of these methods requires using the Galaxy Ring case that came with your ring. Each ring's case is specific to its ring. The Galaxy Ring should be fully charged before using it for the first time. If the battery is completely drained, it may need to be charged for at least ten minutes before it can be used. No matter which charging method you use, you must charge the Galaxy Ring in the case that came with it. Tracks steps and activity relatively accurately, but it's distance accuracy is off. Like it better than my smartwatch as it is more discrete (coworkers were surprised it was a tracker) and I get the benefit of wearing a normal watch. Can't wait to see how the features grow and what comes next

This tiny electronics does the sleep monitoring so well but does have potential to improve in next version.

I bought this so i could wear my good watches and count my steps, and almost exactly after 1 year it no longer stays connected to my phone. It essentially useless. I have tried rebooting, resetting it, updating firmware, etc. It will only stay connected if it sits in the case. The moment i put it on it will disconnect within seconds and then not reconnect until i put it back in the case. I have never damaged it. Samsung will only look at it for $100. Then no guarantees that it will stay working. Also battery life is not great. It drains within a day. I should have bought the Oura.
