Warranty service agent lied to me.

Battery lasts 6-7 days until 10 months in and the battery suddeny starts dieing with no warning in about 30 hours. Contact warranty services and they tell me it's out of warranty. Website says 12 month warranty. Agent says nope, out of warranty but you can send it in to be checked out for $107.00 but repairs are extra. Do they train their agents to lie to customers?

You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. If you have a Samsung Watch, all this really does is measure your heartrate and measure your sleep. Both are great health items to know. It does a lot more if you don't have the watch. I got it because the watch has to be charged daily, so could not measure my sleep with the watch. This is very pricey, but overall very happy. Hopefully the tiny rechargeable battery last for many years
