Excellent sleep tracker

Enter Samsung with their Galaxy ring and I can wear it all day.

I also have the watch and when I wear the watch the data looks fuller. The sleep O2 data with just the ring is a good 15-20 points less than the watch. It does have good battery life and quite comfortable to wear. Hopefully they improve the software to capture better data in the future.

Buying used is the way to go

The ring itself is good - I'm glad I opted for Galaxy vs Oura, but I'm also glad I got it half-price by buying open-box, because I don't think the data and insights provided by the tech is worth the $400 samsung is charging new.

Does the job for the price.

The ring box is a statement piece - looks really elegant and functional with led battery indicator for both the case and ring when the ring is on the case. This tiny electronics does the sleep monitoring so well but does have potential to improve in next version.

Both are over priced and overall not worth it. Battery dies and no way to charge it outside of the case if the two arent constantly together or if one stops working.
