    I'm going to be honest, I didn't even get as far as syncing the ring with my phone. I am a Samsung dedicated user. However, I just couldn't get past how cheap this ring felt. So if you are looking for a ring that you don't know that you have on, this is good for you.

    This Ring works great. If you have a Samsung Watch, all this really does is measure your heartrate and measure your sleep. Both are great health items to know. It does a lot more if you don't have the watch. I got it because the watch has to be charged daily, so could not measure my sleep with the watch. This is very pricey, but overall very happy. Hopefully the tiny rechargeable battery last for many years

    This ring is very aesthetically pleasing fells comfortable on the hands and acurately tracks my sleep and steps. My only issue is the ability to track the type of work based on body movements. I did the elliptical and the ring recorded a run and also fave me the pace for the run..
