It tracked my steps, sleep, and cycle pretty accurately. It worked really well with the samsung ecosystem. I did my best to be mindful to take it off when showering or washing my hands despite the water resistance feature. However, about 3 weeks ago it stopped holding a charge longer than 1 hour. A week after that it died compmetely. The charging case still works, but the ring has given up on life. I originally loved the idea of the ring because I'm not a fan of watches, but it looks like I may have to resort to a watch afterall.

The battery life of the Galaxy Ring will last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. Pros: It looks great, is super light, and seems to be durable. Be sure to use the sizing kit because size 8 is not a true size 8 at a jeweler. It seems to take heart rate once every 10 minutes which is cool to see and track. I hope there are future updates to include more

That said, the charging case is nice, although I'd prefer black to fit with the rest of my Samsung gang. Like all smart rings, these can't be recycled or repaired. They're expensive disposable electronics. If you don't have or intend to get the watch, go ahead and buy this thing, but you'd be better off with the watch.
