You can do this by placing the ring in its charging case then press and hold the multipurpose button for 3 seconds. If needed, try rebooting the ring by holding the button for 7 seconds, then repeat the pairing process. The Galaxy Ring does not offer continuous heart rate tracking in the same way as a Galaxy might. It primarily measures heart rate periodically and automatically detects workouts to track heart rate during those periods. However, it does not provide a constant, real-time heart rate reading throughout the day.
