Since it is under warranty, I took it to the Samsung store in Cerritos, CA. Tested and it passed so they can't do anything per corporate policy. I told them they can have my ring for further testing and they won't do it since it passed their "test". For the hundreds of dollars spent, be warned of the battery life. I now have a ring that can not be used. Maybe wait for the product to mature or try Oura rings instead.

Bugged Charging

Mine is just 5 months old and no longer holds a charge. It dies within an hour after being fully charged up. It used to last 3-4 days, but suddenly bugged out with charging.

I still wanted this ring so I purchased another new one from best buy in hopes that the new one worked out better will update this later. I was glad that the other one was easy to return.

I had the oura for years and this never happened. Samsung and bestbuy has given me the round around of the warranty and no one can do anything about it. Just waste of money at this point. Do not buy!
