I wear this ring on my index finger as recommended even though some of the YouTube and other videos state that any finger is OK. Although I also wear the Samsung watch compatible with the ring, I do not wear the watch when sleeping. I wear the ring, however, as it provides some information regarding my sleep that I have provided to my soleep doctor. She said that it is helpful for her clinical review of my sleep apnea along with actual medical devices that do a much better job. It does help me between doctor visits if I think that I am having a sleep issue and does not interfere with my sleep. I recommend it for people with sleep apnea.

Worked great for the first 9 months but then the battery started draining very quickly. Within 2 mins it went from holding a week charge to less than 8 hrs of charge. Samsung credited the money back. I do intend on getting another one. I was hoping for the second version though. More comfortable than Oura and no subscription fee.

I have never understood my sleeping patterns and this ring is giving me so much data, including, REM, Deep Sleep, and total sleep. It allows me to see what I am doing prior to sleep that affects my sleeping. Furthermore when I am working during the day I am able to see many health benefits that are being affected by my actions.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but customer service was great and also sent me an e-gift card for the delay. Set up and bluetooth connection was a breeze. Worn it for two days and so far so good. Comfortable for all day and night wear. Still getting used to washing my hands with it on though.

Pretty good so far. Had it for almost a month and it is helping me track my health. The sleep portion isn't always accurate for SpO². Said I was in the 70's one night. Other features have been fine.

Works great, glad I decided on this instead of other ring brands. 3-5 day battery life depending on my activity.

The ring is not as accurate as I had hoped. If you are lying still for a period of time, it will record that as sleep even when you are awake. I was using it to track my sleep patterns, and while it provides some helpful information, it lacks the level of accuracy I was expecting.

Honestly, been a great ring for the last year. Battery is starting to die on me (last for 2 days charge) but has held up. I am very rough with my hands at work and hobbies. Ring has been through it all but has held its own. Only giving 4 stars because the battery seems to have lasted until the warranty is out (convenient timing).

Works as it should gives good sleep data and isnt bad to wear

Awesome incredible battery life it feels like i won't have anything on my finger

I bought this based on the sizing rings and the size was right on. It was easy to connect to the galaxy phone and works great. I love the wireless charging as well.

Its ok some of the detail in the software are a little off but overall its a decent tool to have. I do love the fact charging the battery doesn't take long at all. Its a little on the expensive side is the only real downfall.

This ring is awesome in that it does a whole sleep study every night, encourages me to do extra activities and tracks my heart rate all day and night. All from the comfort of my ring finger. Even ran an interaction check on my meds. I put my ring in the cool wireless charging case before taking a shower and its at 100% when I'm done with my shower.

I bought this ring to track sleeping patterns. I am satisfied with tracking the data while sleeping.

Was putting off buying the Samsung ring because I've always had a Samsung watch and felt really no need for the ring. Well I love how they work together. Especially like thatbzi can charge my watch while sleeping and still monitor my sleep. 1

Good battery life, easy integration with Samsung gear, good fit (use fit kit first). From reports I've seen, get the Best Buy warranty, some have reported separation or battery life issues over time.
