It seems pretty accurate to me, and works well with my GW5. I planned to wear it on my non-dominant index, but ended up finding it more comfortable on my dominant ring finger, but this works well since they are similar sizes and allows me to change it based on finger size changes. I am not sure how the data would look on its own, but it works well with the watch. I got almost 7 days each of the first few charges, now it is closer to 6 days. I have had it about a month.

It does have less options and the sleep tracker doesn't seem be as accurate as my Galaxy watch 5. If you don't like wearing a watch, try the ring. Otherwise, I'd say the money would be better spent on a Galaxy watch. The ring is not worth the amount of $$$ they're asking.

Needs some getting used to using a ring for people who never wear rings. Need a Galaxy phone for the best experience. battery life is great.

She had the Oura ring before hand, but she and I aren't a fan of the monthly subscription. The Samsung ring fits better, has a better build for her and it was more accurate, and as she has a Samsung phone, she's was able to familiarize fast send get to show charge get phone at night to v Keep it working at to battery level. She is in the medical field and regardless of all the stuff she had to do, snd get into, it stays effectively clean and stable
