The ring itself is good - I'm glad I opted for Galaxy vs Oura, but I'm also glad I got it half-price by buying open-box, because I don't think the data and insights provided by the tech is worth the $400 samsung is charging new.

It also only takes your pulse every fifteen minutes when it is the only device you have on.

I also have the watch and when I wear the watch the data looks fuller. The sleep O2 data with just the ring is a good 15-20 points less than the watch. It does have good battery life and quite comfortable to wear. Hopefully they improve the software to capture better data in the future.

When both devices are worn simultaneously, the Galaxy Watch is designated as the primary device for tracking, which might cause interference with the ring's independent tracking and potentially lead to discrepancies in SpO2 readings. Does the job for the price.
