It allows me to see what I am doing prior to sleep that affects my sleeping. Furthermore when I am working during the day I am able to see many health benefits that are being affected by my actions.

My only issue is the ability to track the type of work based on body movements. I did the elliptical and the ring recorded a run and also fave me the pace for the run..

I bought it to sleep in since i don't like wearing my watch overnight. Its just not for me, I would return it but that date has passed. I highly recommended using the sizing kit for a whole week, I did it for a few days/nights and I thought I had the right size, nope.

I absolutely love it! I do wish it was able to have all the watch features. What in can do is worth it and works for my needs.

Definitely should get sized before buying, if you go to best buy in person they have a sizing kit so you don't need to buy one.
