Ring looks like a regular wedding ring and feels natural. I only have to charge once a week and charging time is quick. All of the metrics seem to work fine, oxygen levels being only exception.

I've used the Galaxy Ring for last 6 weeks together with a new Samsung Ultra Watch to track health activities. Using the two together the ring battery last 8-9 days (with 15% charge remaining). This reduces slightly if I dont wear the watch at night. The charging case is great and allows you two full charges of the ring. The ring seems to accurately track my steps as I have compared with and without the watch. other health metrics are available that can provide awareness of specific patterns that of potential issues. Wearing the ring is comfortable and very light. I didnt give it 5 stars as I see inconsistencies in my sleep start time may register an hour later than my wife confirmed I went to sleep. I have not determined if this is from the Ring or Ultra Watch.

This ring tracks steps, sleep, and even heart rate. A week-long battery life is amazing for such a small device. It's much more comfortable to wear than a watch, especially when sleeping. Imagine all the data you can gather without even noticing you're wearing it. This tiny gadget is a game-changer.

However, my excitement hit a snag when I started exploring the body metric measurements. Unfortunately, I found them to be significantly off, which was quite disappointing. Accuracy is key for a device like this, and I expected much more from Samsung in this regard. Lastly, I have to address the price point. Given the mixed performance of some features, I feel that the Galaxy Ring is on the expensive side. While it excels in durability and comfort, the inaccuracies in measurement and high cost may make potential buyers think twice. In summary, the Samsung Galaxy Ring boasts excellent lightweight design and decent battery life, but the inaccurate metrics and high price are definite drawbacks. If you prioritize comfort and aesthetics over precise health tracking, it could still be a worthwhile investment.

Love this tracker, my samsung watch felt to cumbersome and I would often forget to put it back on after charging. This charges super quick , super stylish and does a fantastic job at tracking my sleep and steps.

Hate wearing smart watches, especially to bed. This tracks enough for me and i barely notice its on my finger. Very light weight and awesome battery so far

This ring looks nice and fits very well; be sure to use the ring measuring kit first. The healt and sleep tracking work great especially in conjunction with samsung watch

So far so good :) Its comfortable to wear, the readings are pretty accurate. Its water resistant, and the battery does last a while so I dont need to be recharging it everyday or every other day, you could definitely go a week without recharging it easily. And all the features are not stuck behind a paywall subscription so thats always good.

Got this ring to augment my FITBIT when I want to wear a regular watch. It links to the app on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Works great. Since I do allot of typing for my job, I was concerned that it would pick up my hand activity as “steps” but it doesn’t. Also does a good job tracking sleep patterns.

This is a good purchase if you don't like wearing your smart watch all the time it pairs quickly with your Samsung phone and track your steps and health it is a little pricey however you can find it sometimes open box at half the cost my only concern is there is only way to charge it is through the charging box if it is lost then there is no way to charge the ring. It does everything that it says it will do battery life last 3 days and it is a good option for not having to wear a watch that track your steps each day.

I wanted to gather data for my troubled sleep and did not want to wear a watch. Since I have a Samsung phone and reviews said that this ring integrates better with my phone, so I decided to purchase it. Great purchase! I don't know about the accuracy of heart beat, oxygen, REM and deep sleep times, but I am glad to track trends about this. The apps show suggestions on how to improve Sleep and Energy scores, for example. I deducted one star because the battery life seems to go down pretty quickly. The first couple of weeks, a full charge would last almost a week, Now is less than that. I am now charging both the ring and the base to under 100% in hopes of making the batteries last. When I wake up in the middle of the night, the ring has both green and red lights lit up. This is distracting. Why does it need lights at all. Anyway, I got used to it. Also, I thought the regular ring sizes would be the same as the Samsung ring size. WRONG! Make sure to purchase the ring sizer to find your perfect fit!

I was hesitant on getting a smart ring but dove in and I don't regret it. I tried an oura last year and returned it within a week due to discomfort. Samsung has mastered making the ring comfortable, durable, and accurate. I wear it while landscaping or doing paperwork at the office and love it!

I love my ring, its does exactly what it's supposed to and it's stylish as well. And the battery life lasts about 5-6 days

All in all it's a good product finding your size is probably going to be the biggest hassle you're going to have with this. I do like that I can sleep with it and I no longer have to wear my watch when I go to sleep that was honestly the big reasons I got it. If you exercise regularly using weights you may feel some uncomfort from The Ring pinching you when you're using barbell or dumbbells if you get accustomed to it / change your grip slightly you can use it just fine just know that this the ring will get scratched up or you'll have to take it off whenever you're going to do weights. Is i worth it probably not if you already have the watch but if you would prefer something more comfortable to track sleep than yes
