I'm trying to approach this with a fair perspective, but I have to say, the Samsung ring, while interesting, isn't exactly blowing me away. At first glance, it certainly stands out with its modern and elegant design—it's stylish and has a refined look that I appreciate. However, when I consider the hype surrounding it, I find myself questioning whether it really lives up to the expectations. Maybe I need to spend more time with it and explore its functionalities in depth. There could be features I'm missing that would help me appreciate its value more fully. Overall, I'm curious to see if my opinion changes once I delve deeper into what it has to offer.

It's been about a month since I bought it, for which I cannot say anything about durability. I do CrossFit and it is not comfortable when carrying / lifting weights, sometimes it pinches the skin. It will not automatically detects exercising (weight lifting, stationary biking, rowing, etc.), except for running or jogging. It measure oxygen levels, but only during the sleep. You cannot measure Oxygen on demand. Battery life is reasonable, no complaints about it. HR during exercising is not helpful since there are no stats associating the exercise done vs. HR. While running, you must have your phone with you, otherwise it will lose track of your run. When doing a combination of exercises (such as normally done in CrossFit), I am not sure if it recognizes the different exercises for which calculation of calories may be inaccurate. It looks cool!

I don't know that this really added anything useful to tracking since I already have a galaxy watch. Got this because my watch in uncomfortable while swinging kettlebells. Then realized I can just wear my watch on the inside of my wrist. If you already have a smart watch, you don't really need a ring. If you don't have a smart watch, the ring is useful.

I really enjoy this product because it gives me health statistics that help make gradual and long term improvements to my daily health regimen. This includes sleep, energy levels, recommendations for improvement while also tracking stress and heart beats/rhythm both sleeping and awake. Tracks my steps and workouts and provides encouragement to do so, all without having to wear a watch or carry a phone. Simply amazing! The battery life is excellent and love the portable base to recharge in a jiffy!

I love everything about this ring except the build quality This is my second one I had silver, lost it and got the black one.Both showed dents and scratches within the first two weeks and I don't do any kind of manual labor. The black one is especially bad because the black chips away and you see the silver underneath. Within a month of owning the ring, it looked like it was 2 years old. It didn't affect functionality at all, but looks awful. Samsung needs to do better, maybe use a material like tungsten for the next version.

***highly concerned about the possibility of battery swelling and failure in the future Really happy with my purchase overall, ring does exactly what i want other than the steps seeming to be on the lower side. I feel the fit is a bit looser than what i felt in BB store.

Great, i mainly use it to count my steps but overall i love it, and the battery life is good usually last 7 days

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but customer service was great and also sent me an e-gift card for the delay. Set up and bluetooth connection was a breeze. Worn it for two days and so far so good. Comfortable for all day and night wear. Still getting used to washing my hands with it on though.

This gas been able to give me accurate insight as to what my sleep patterns are! (Im a night shift worker and flip to day schedule on my days off). Its interesting to get the quality and quantity of my sleep. Silver is sleek looking. Highly recommend. Best part it integrates with my other samsung devices and theres no monthly subscription!

I wanted sleep tracking (sleep score and energy score) without wearing a large watch, and this ring does the trick. Cons: some features for samsung health are not available on the galaxy ring, like vascular load and AGE Index. Also, i am a keeping an eye on the battery life. Ive seen other people mention the battery life of their rings degrade drastically after a year of use.

Works great, glad I decided on this instead of other ring brands. 3-5 day battery life depending on my activity.

I bought this based on the sizing rings and the size was right on. It was easy to connect to the galaxy phone and works great. I love the wireless charging as well.

Got this for my wife the purpose was to make sure she had a rain that fits her finger like it does her wedding ring and unfortunately this doesn't fit the opposite side of her ring it slides off kind of interesting but that's probably why they say what they say

Bought this as a gift for my husband. It fit well and is comfortable enough for him to wear around the clock. Syncing it to his Samsung Galaxy S24 phone was easy and non-problematic. So far, he has been enjoying the sleep tracking function. He was hoping there would be more detailed fitness tracking capabilities, but is pleased overall.

I'm very fond of my galaxy watch but it's uncomfortable for sleep. I find the ring works just as well if not better for sleep tracking! It's also become very convenient for work if I find I'm not going to be able to have my watch on or worry about damaging the face, my ring is exceptionally durable and after a month on a construction site it shows no signs of damage. The charge is also great, I typically charge it once or twice a week while I'm in the shower and have never been under 50% and it charges to full in aprox 30 minutes.

Love this ring! It is so conformable. I usually forget I have it one. Battery life is good too. Would buy again.

Its ok some of the detail in the software are a little off but overall its a decent tool to have. I do love the fact charging the battery doesn't take long at all. Its a little on the expensive side is the only real downfall.

Loving this ring so far! I was skeptical as I had used Oura for about 2 years & wondered how it would compare as it is a newer product but I am pleasantly surprised. The ring seems to hold up better against scratching so far & does everything my previous ring did, including the great battery life. The only thing I preferred about Oura was that the app was more "aesthetic" but the functionality & usability are great. Would recommend & I have recommended!
