Tracked everything i wanted and fit seamlessly into the Samsung ecosystem. But it failed just a couple months after the 1 year warranty ran out. In the beginning, the battery lasted for 6-7 days. Recently, it dropped to 24 hours. Then 8 hours. Now the battery struggles to last for 30 minutes. While it was alive, it was the best smart ring I'd tried. It would be amazing if it lasted, but for the price and the fact you'll have to replace it a year later, I can't recommend. Hopefully thwir next iteration fixes it.

Works best when you pair it with a Samsung Watch to maximize performance out of both. Samsung Health app gives you a lot of details about Energy Score. It's a lightweight ring that feels comfortable to wear any time of the day, at night, or when you sleep. If you love the Samsung Ecosystem this is the thing to buy to bring it together.

Its really nice being able to comfortably wear a heath device that provides metrics while I sleep and is extremely easy on the body and wallet - no / inexpensive subscriptions needed to get the best bio metrics.
