Combined with a full cradle charge, you can use Galaxy Ring for up to 14 days without plugging into an outlet. The Galaxy Ring does not support continuous heart rate monitoring all the time by default. In fact, continuous tracking is limited to certain supported workouts or when worn with a Galaxy Watch, which then becomes the primary device and turns off some ring features to save power.
