Warranty service agent lied to me.

Battery lasts 6-7 days until 10 months in and the battery suddeny starts dieing with no warning in about 30 hours. Contact warranty services and they tell me it's out of warranty. Website says 12 month warranty. Agent says nope, out of warranty but you can send it in to be checked out for $107.00 but repairs are extra. Do they train their agents to lie to customers?

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The battery life of the Galaxy Ring will last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. It’s comfortable, has a long battery life, and provides awesome feedback. Exactly what I was looking for. I researched different wearables for a while and decided to go with the Samsung ring, as it syncs easily with my Samsung phone and I don’t like wearing things on my wrist.

It also only takes your pulse every fifteen minutes when it is the only device you have on.

To be honest, no

Both are over priced and overall not worth it. Battery dies and no way to charge it outside of the case if the two arent constantly together or if one stops working.
