It also provides an energy score, offers sleep coaching, tracks menstrual cycles, and automatically detects and records workouts like walking and running. Additional features include gesture control for phone functions like dismissing alarms or taking photos, wireless charging, and integration with the Samsung Health app for personalized insights, all without the need of a subscription! In order to ensure that your Galaxy Ring remains in its pristine working condition, after exposure to liquids other than clean water (such as coffee, beverages, soapy water, oils, perfumes, and chemicals such as sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and cosmetics), please rinse the Ring with clean water, wipe with a soft, clean cloth, and dry thoroughly before use to maintain water resistance.
