My only issue is the ability to track the type of work based on body movements. I did the elliptical and the ring recorded a run and also fave me the pace for the run..

It tracked my steps, sleep, and cycle pretty accurately. It worked really well with the samsung ecosystem. I did my best to be mindful to take it off when showering or washing my hands despite the water resistance feature. However, about 3 weeks ago it stopped holding a charge longer than 1 hour. A week after that it died compmetely. The charging case still works, but the ring has given up on life. I originally loved the idea of the ring because I'm not a fan of watches, but it looks like I may have to resort to a watch afterall.

The battery life of the Galaxy Ring will last for up to 7 days of consecutive use on a full charge. When you are not using the Ring, it is recommended to store it in the charging case. You can fully charge the Ring in about 90 minutes using the charging case. However, when charging for the first time or when the battery is completely drained, it may take at least ten minutes for the Ring to begin working. Actual battery life, charging time, and usage time may vary depending on the Ring’s size, the network environment, personal usage patterns, amount of calls and messages, charging frequency, and other factors. Great, Light Weight, solid data Health Ring

Was worried, as it is extremely light in weight, unlike Oura ring, however the reviews I read stated it was better than the Oura ring. I have read many conflicting articles about heart rate, BP and even detecting AFIB. So far, my husband LOVES the ring.

I just had a phone and samsung watch that could everything the exact same. I really bought it to try it and it was as i thought. Mid. Maybe i was expecting to much or i wasnt the target audience. I guess if u were a runner that didnt like watches but as a average joe. This ring was unnecessary and i saved myself $400 returning it.
