If you're experiencing some disconnect with your Galaxy Ring's tracking abilities, please make sure that your Galaxy Ring is properly fitted and not too loose. Also, check to see if it needs to be cleaned. Dirty sensors can make tracking difficult. Feel free to check out, "Keep your Galaxy Ring clean" for more information. Keep in mind that certain features, like step counting, may not work properly if you're holding a magnet or a magnetic object in the hand wearing the ring. A good night’s rest is crucial for feeling and staying healthy, and the Galaxy Ring can make sure you’re receiving the best sleep possible. Your ring will analyze your sleep, including your blood oxygen and skin temperature, and provide useful data in the Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health apps on your phone. Before starting, make sure your Galaxy Ring is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app then take a moment to review, "Track your sleep with the Galaxy Ring." The Galaxy Ring is designed for all-day wear, featuring an elegant, lightweight style crafted from titanium and available in three scratch-resistant finishes that combine timeless aesthetics with powerful wellness tracking enhanced by Galaxy AI. It comes in sizes 5 through 13, but your usual size may not be the best fit due to internal sensors, which is why we offer a Galaxy Ring Sizing Kit with samples of all available sizes. To order, select "No, I don't know my size," which adds the Sizing Kit to your cart, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete checkout. Samsung will ship the kit to you and send an email with a link to finalize your order. Once you receive the kit, try on the rings to find the best fit, and wear it for more than 24 hours, including while sleeping, ensuring the indicator line faces the palm of your hand.
