I've had surgery so my sleep has been way off. The ring is saying my sleep score is 95 and saying (for instance )that I was asleep from 11 pm till 7am. For the past three night I've been up from 2am till about 4-4:30 am, yet this ring is saying I've had a full nights sleep. The heart rate is way off. Im a nurse and know how to check my heart rate. One time it said my heart rate was over 100, when it was actually 68. I love Samsung products, but this one needs work!

I got the ring and put it on and it wouldn't come off. Best buy returned it with no issues. BUT now I have to reorder and wait.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the heart detection is inaccurate when working out. i compared it to my pulse ox several times and heart rate on ring read 105bpm while several different pulses ox read 140bpm because of inaccurate heart rate detection, your calories burn calculation is off too.

Best Buy will gladly take your and tell you you can get your product in 2 days, all a lie. They know full well they dont have any stock and wont for a few months. Dont shop here if you can avoid it!
