Great battery life and accurate data. I wore my fitbit wrist watch to compare and it is almost identical. I though the ring would have more erroneous data, but was almost identical to the data on my wrist.

Works as the claims. But, found out the step counter doesn't count unless arm swing is moving. Was pushing my granddaughter in a stroller for 1/2 hour and logged only a few steps.

Just like any other smart rings, it tracks your sleep, exercise, and heart rate. Battery life is par with the others, but the best part, there’s no need for a subscription unlike other smart rings.

The Ring is providing interesting health data results. I primarily use it measure the quality of my sleep patterns. I was able to get reimbursement from my flexible spending account. (medical)

There is a lot of technology in this little ring. For $400, I was expecting a bit more. It doesn't give blood O2 measurements during the day. It also seems to pick up some activities as "steps" as I know I haven't taken 1700 steps already today, as I haven't left the house. For $300 or less I would give this a 5 star.

I really like it, just wish it shiwed actual bloof pressure not just heart rate
