He was carrying around a much cheaper phone from some outfit that kept dropping calls. Because of his medical issues I needed to get my boy a phone up to the modern day tasks.This pre owned was just the ticket at a reasonable $

Good but with problems

Phone looks great, stopped ringing

Took it into Best Buy, the tech worked on it, told us we need to take it into one of those places that works on phones because "we don't service samsung here". Needless to say it was past the return date by about 15 days so now stuck with a phone that does not ring and no help unless we pay out of pocket even though there is a 90 day parts and labor warranty....
