A: Bought one a samsung galaxy s20 couple months ago no scratches seems to work ok so far. Also purchased a samsung galaxy s21 about a week ago. Same, no scratches seems ok. A little early to say gor sure but so far so good. Seems like 14 days is not enough warranty. I also have total tech $199 per year and seems like it should cover the phones but I guess not. Disappointed in that. Just saying I spent about $1200 for 2 phones and total tech and no coverage should they quit working? If they continue to work properly for a couple years it will be worth it. They were not all banged up both were unlocked, No problem there and they do seem to work well
