I had some issues with some features, but not the fault of the phone. It was more because I had didn't know how to do it since it had been so long since I did on the old phone. So far it seems reliable and is a nice phone. It is a bit smaller, but not a big difference. I don't notice too much difference in the loading speed or other features, but I feel it was a good move to upgrade to.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
